Private Mediations: Full Day Private Mediation: $3750 --includes up to ten hours on the day of the mediation, all preparation and travel time within southern California and administrative fees. Half Day Private Mediation: $2500 --includes up to five hours on the day of the mediation, all preparation and travel time within southern California and administrative fees. The mediator's fee is to be split among the parties unless other terms are agreed to by the parties. The full fee is due at least seven days prior to the mediation. A deposit of $2000 for full day mediations and $1000 for half-day mediations is due fourteen days prior to the scheduled mediation day. Upon the scheduling of the mediation, the parties will be provided with further detailed instructions regarding mediation fees. L.A. Superior Court-Ordered Mediations: $350 per hour after the first three hours, which are at no cost.
